Chris Chibnall has continued his risk taking tenure. He cast Jodie Whittaker in 2017 and created a four meme era TARDIS team and unrecognised historical figures but this year, he has taken more risk. Chris has casted Jo Martin and Sacha Dhawan in major roles and this is a power move as he has also recruited the most fe law wiriters in a series, Nina Meteivier, Charlene James and Maxine Alderton.
Chris, like Steven Moffat has edited Time Lord History by once again writing out the time less child and making the Doctor the timeless child which is a gutsy move and could pay off in the future if he sticks with it.
Mandip Gill gave a comeback in Series 12 as her character was sidelined in her debut series and brought me the power I wanted from Yaz and at this moment with Series 13, is on course to become one of my favourite companion.
Rimmer becomes a Superhero and a God
Red Dwarf finally attempted a film. I love the plot and we saw Chris Barrie as Rimmer finally become a hero. He had always been the anti hero to Craig Charles as Lister so it was nice to see it. Loved the Cat thing and loved the whole Starbug sequences.
David Tennant and Michael Sheen become an iconic double act
Tennant and Sheen first joined forces is Good Omens. Now, they’re back and giving use a comedy duo in their new show Staged that will be back in January. I love their banger, arguments and they are so entertaing and can’t wait for Series 2.
Ghosts Makes A Ghostly Comeback
Ghosts came back better with Alison and Mike attempting new scheme to make money. it’s nice they ended up gaining the big break by hosting a wedding and the Ghosts are so funny amd we see Mary shine.
Valentina creates history.
Valentina represented France at Junior Eurovision 2020 and she created history by being the first French winner. This was good news for France last won a Eurovision event in 1977 with Marie Myriam’s L’oiseau et enfant.
My other mentions go to...
Karakat Bashanova who sung for her dad with one of the best ballads in the competitio and ended up winning the hearts of the jury and online voters finishing 2nd.

Ana would later win all event finals and Larisa would take Balance Beam and Floor (After some naughty judging) Gold. There was success for Silviana Sfringu, Andreea Preda and Maria Ceplinschi
