Aline Friess is one to watch

Aline Friess left with 3 Golds and 1 Bronze at the Varna World Cup.

Aline’sbiggest surprise was Vault where she performed 2 Vaults for the first time.

Sam Ryder’s Eurovision Success

Sam Ryder represented UK at 2022 Eurovision. He went on to win the jury vote and finished 5th with the public to finish on 466 to receive the UK’s highest finish since 1998 with a second place, ending the countries bad streak of results.

Ncuti Gatwa’s Casting

Ncuti Gatwa, known for his role as Eric Effiong in Sex Education, will play the next Doctor. Ncuti’s story is sad but I am happy to see him shine as the Doctor.

David Tennant and Catherine Tate return

David Tennant and Catherine Tate will return for the 60th Anniversary. The reaction to potential rumours is divisive but a good story will prove a point and I can say this has happened to me.

Ruby Stacey and Poppy Grace Stickler Shine For Great Britain.

Worlds 2021 member Ruby Stacey who finished 15th in the All Around, claimed a Bronze on Uneven Bars behind Zsofia Kovacs and Zoja Szekely whilst Poppy Grace Stickler on her International Debut claimed a silver behind Ana Derek on Floor.

Ana Derek who I just mentioned has had two good weeks at the World Cup, me calling on Balance Beam and Floor Exercise on both occasions.

2020 Double European Champion Zsofia Kovacs won Gold on all 3 pieces she competed on showing she is in form, just like she was back at the 2017 Europeans.

1,2 for France at Hageanau

Lilou Viliat and Amber Frotte finished 1,2 at a 3 way friendly with Germany and Great Britain. Evie Flage Donovan finished 3rd for Great Britain. France won with Great Britain in Second and Germany in Third.

Italy’s Dominance At The Mediterranean Games

Italy had a brilliant competition at the games, continuing their bid for European Team Gold at Munich. Addition to that, Martina Maggio won gold in the All Around with Asia D’Amato talking the silver. They sweeped event finals to win 11 medals that were on offer.

Morgan’s Osyssek International Success

Morgan’ Osyssek has Brits onto the scene this past few months after qualifying to Floor at Varna World Cup where she finished 4th and made multiple finales at the Mediterranean Games. She took Silver on Vault, Bronze on Floor and 4th on Balance Beam.
